Change Check-in Date

Hello i am a reception at Godlenjade hotel i try to call but i can't find a way to make a call

A customer are make a wrong date reservation funny thing is customer make a reservation trough Booking.com but somehow it go trough to Agoda.com and i already call to Agoda they said you have to contract Booking.com look like a partner thing that i don't understand but nevermind that a Customer Name is Nuengluethai Thipphon ID is 314336959 Check-in date 25 May 2022 Check-out date 26 May 2022 but the customer are aldeady here at 25 April 2022 i would like to change date From In 25 May 2022 - Out 26 May 2022 To In 25 April 2022 - Out 26 April 2022
