Change a date in reservation

Hi,

I am not able to change a date of check out in reservation. A customer would like to stay one day longer and he can't do this neither do I. How can I change this?

Guest contacts Customer service on main website
You contact partner support team
1. or you take it commission free ,and guest just pays you separately using your own methods
