Under the property tab, you can add or remove details regarding accessibility options per room type. If you choose 'Room Amenities' you can scroll down to a section called 'Accessibility'. Here you can tick/untick certain features as appropriate. Also under the property tab, you may need to choose 'Room Details' and change the room type as you can highlight that a room has disability access. Lastly under the property tab, choose 'Facilities' and under the Miscellaneous options there is a tickbox to highlight if the property has facilities for disabled guests. It may also be a good idea to review the photos for the property and add/remove images showcasing the relevant facilities as appropriate.
this booking number was for a stay on 5/18 for 1 night for 2 rooms, there is some type of payment error, that very well could be on the hotel's part, I needed
