Change email

Hi

Can anyone help me with how to amend your email address for messages from BDC? I can’t seem to find it anywhere!

welcome

so it depends as there are two areas:

extranet top right is account menu
- under contacts you can set different email address by role /dept
- if you just want to change notifications that is also under there.
- if you want to change the email on your original main account logon, then first use Create and manage users t oadd yourself as a new user with new email address and mark it as admin
- dont remove the old existing user just yet.
