Change of mobile

I’ve changed my phone number, I have updated my account but when i go to pay my invoice it asks me to verify through sms and is still my old phone number. How do i fix this? I need to pay my invoice soon

  • adding a new user does not replace the registered main contact number.
    • 1. Click on the ‘Account’ icon in the extranet, then select ‘Contacts’.

      2. Select ‘Edit’ to change any of the existing details.

      3. Remember to click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
