change my email address

hello sirs,

 

i have a property of hotel name of HOTEL TRW in osaka japan under login name of 5197303 and we have change management office and also change the email address since May 2021. we can't open the account under the old email address to vertify the password, what should i do now and we want to give us solution how to create to use the account or should we need to open a new account for us.

normally you would just logon as primary first user and add new user with new email address

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
