Change on our policy for taxes.

I need somebody from booking.com to make a change on our policy for taxes. 

The system is saying that only booking.com can make a change on our policy for taxes but we are going around in circles to connect with somebody to let them know.

There is no such thing about a chat for property owners, for guests only. 

There is no way of sending a email with the request or a message.

I spend to much time on booking.com to find out how to contact them.

The instructions are taking you around in circles.

We have a guest message in the inbox to be answered. Our message in return can not be send. :(

I don't understand the purpose of the 'go to extranet'. It doesn't give you any help at all on how to contact booking.com or resolve a issue.

The contact options are generally: the Public contact us main lines which are not dedicated to partner support.

This number you will find in there is only for you and your country, and will differ from other partners in other countries.


Yes there is no Live Chat, nor email address. 

Using the message system under Inbox > Booking Messages , is better as it creates a case ticket internally, but then after you do that you can phone them and refer to it.


Your next action should be:

Use the visual guide, get the phone number as shown from it, and call them directly to adjust the tax info.
