change over days

How can I set a restriction on the check-in and check-out days? I would like to limit the check-in and the check-out to Saterday and Sunday during high season. I have found some information on the Booking help pages but they mention a link ("advanced restrictions") that is not there. Thanks.

Hi Herwig

If you go to your calendar (monthly or list view) you will see advanced restrictions with the option to enable/disable check-in and or check-out.

  • No arrivals: close your property or room for arrivals on days where you’re unable to check guests in. Guests can’t book a stay that starts on those days (but can still book those days if they fall within a wider date range).
  • No departures: close your property or room for departures on days where you’re unable to check guests out. Guests can’t book a stay that ends on those days (but can still book those days if they fall within a wider date range).

@jayeegee thanks for your reply but the option, the "advanced restrictions" is not present on my calender.

Herwig Jacobs  understood - in that case best to reach out to bdc support via the extranet email or giving them a call.
