Change reservation dates

I’m trying to change a booking from 27/12/20 - 02/01/21 to 25/12/20 - 31/12/20 for a guest but the calendar has these dates blocked off and says they are not available but they are open, these dates are also available when I go through the Booking.com app. Neither me or my guest can change the reservation, can you help? Katie

You must phone BdC Partner Support, as per the visual guide below or the short version here:

 

Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
