Changes in Description of my property

Hello yesterday I post to my property at nights. And I couldn’t change calendar of available dates yesterday. But in the morning I saw Is that somebody had booked my property for three nights.Unfortunately these dates are booked by another people but I couldn’t I add it yesterday.I sent to this man message was asking change the dates or reject it.

What will be next say me please and another question is I account make change in quantity of rooms in my property as soon ass this man reject his booking. I mistakenly add two bedrooms but my property has only one bedroom with one king-size bed and one additional bed

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Gunay, to address the second part of your question above, if you have set up the configuration of your property incorrectly, you will need to amend this via the following extranet menu:

Property tab --> Room/Property Details

Here you will be able to edit the amount of rooms, bedding configuration, max occupancy and more.
