changing the date of a reservation

Hello, I need to change the dates of an existing reservation following a request from the guest. It's just a shift by one day with no change to the length of stay. For some reason, I cannot perform it through the "Change reservation dates" module, the requested day is not showing up despite the availability for that day.

Any idea how to perform?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
