Changing email adress

Hello,

my name is Eva - and I have taken over for Sonja - and we need to change email connected to the account!

The password I could change sucsessfully - but not email...

It should be eva@kjero, istead of sonja@kjero.no

We have tried several times - and the only thing that happens is that the system ask for verification, we receive sms and verify, and then it repeats itself - we can't get any further...

Pls. send the answer to this question to Eva - not Sonja

Hi Eva,

 

You must logon as an admin account, e.g. first account and add new user and make them an admin

 

top right 1st circle menu you will find it there.

 

worst case contact partner support to prove who you are and they switch you over.
