Changing the minimum night requirements to 2 nights all year round and 4 nights July and August.

I have tried doing this on the calendar, but when I click on a date nothing appears saying minimum nights, which is supposed to be somewhere on the right hand side of the page.

Can somebody please help as we are a huge house and can't really manage change overs every day! Really appreciate it.
