Changing the number of rooms

Can anyone help?  We have a 2 bedroom apartment and accidently set it up as a one bedroom.  Does anyone know how to update this?

Any help would be most appreciated

Hi Karl, 

as you have not even shared the listing link in your profile nor here directly we cannot see what you did wrong.

How & Why Add your Listing to your Partner Community Profile

 

Open the Property Layout or Room Details menu option under Property.

 

Look for the room type and set the number of that type.

 

Check the calendar- list view for that room type and ensure it has inventory of 2

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi,

I have the same problem, besides that in my announcement shows that I have 5 bedrooms instead of 4. The reason is that we have 2 extra beds in the spa location but doesn't count like a bedroom. Can you please help?
