Changing Property Description

I’ve been trying to change Property Description many times… I also got assistance from Booking.com Help Centre but no prevail.

I went to my Profile and changed the description but it still showing the old description.

i know it takes 48 hours for the change to appear, but it’s been weeks and nothing has changed. Yes, I’m pressed Save button at the bottom of the screen.))

anyone can help please?

So that sounds like two different descriptions: 

  1. Host Profile
  2. Property Description - keywords and features enabled - generated.


There is a Submit fix  option on the View My Desc page under Property menu, for fixing it.


Or message Partner Support if that is not working.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
