Changing a reservation unit number
Hi I have a guest who has requested a postponement due to covid19 infection. I am able to change the date easily by sending them a date request, however I need to not only change the date, but move them to another unit and can't find a way to do this via xtranet. Can anyone assist with this please?
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
