City tax

Booking are deducting the city tax from my payout. i have requested that the city tax is not collected by booking and I collect it myself from guests. I have checked all my settings and it clearly states that the only amount the guests pay is the room rate. Booking also have it noted that i collect the tax. And yet all my payouts have the city tax deducted. It has been two months since I raised this with them and they have done nothing. I am livid and very frustrated as they seem unable to acknowledge their error.
