What products would you recommend to disinfect surfaces that make them smell nice? I don't want the place to smell like a hospital. I am in Spain.

That is a difficult balance. Maybe once you have cleaned you could have some scented candles or the plug in air fresheners.
I'd rather stay in a hospital smell place than a lemon scented place.
Why?
Because scented spray cleaners typically are not 75% ++ alco rated for disinfecting.
FACT :a label saying kills 99% of known germs is not the same thing.

I suggest using the recommended unscented bleach to water solution. Then you won't have any odors to be concerned about.
Visit your local chemicals supplier for the restaurant trade. Spain has some of the best products I've ever come across for cleansing without odd smells.
"Pons Quimicas" is one brand I recall for having consistently effective products. If you have a commercial kitchen their "Super Desengrasante" is unbeatable.
