Cleaning Fee

We added a cleaning fee on through our channel manager and it doesn't seem to have been added on our recent bookings. I am unable to find where I can add this manually to future bookings.

Hi Naomi,

Here are the steps to add extra fees via this link.

Once you've added the fees, go onto the Booking.com guest facing website and do a test. Go through the booking process until you see the charges and see if the fees calculate correctly onto the booking. If they don't then maybe give partner services a call as all channel managers are different and offer different services. 

 

Best to call via your extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Message or Call.

 

Kindly note that your extranet is the best place to seek help as your inquiry will go to a specific department depending on the topic you choose when you send a message.
