Cleaning time
How can adjust my calender to allow 2 days between bookings for cleaning and preparation for a new guest to arrive. It seems with instant bookings I can have a booking leaving on the 12th of June and another guest arriving on the 12th of June. Especially now with the virus situation I definately dont want one guest leaving my apartment and another on arriving the same day without the chance of properly disinfecting and cleaning the place.
I thought you could setup a time between bookings but can't find it. Email booking.com using Inbox icon on Extranet to contact the help team and ask them. Otherwise a workaround would be when you have a booking manually block the 2 days either side either by closing or marking as a 'No arrival'.
I cant seem to find a way to email them via the inbox. Thanks for your reply and I will do as you suggest but it makes more sense if we had the facility to allow time between bookings. AirBnb has this facility
It isn't particularly obvious but under Inbox, booking.com messages, down on the right it says 'Can't find what you need'. It then shows a pull down list and will give you a box to complete and will then send a message. As you say Airbnb has this option and maybe what I was thinking about.
