Cleaning timing

I have one customer arriving on the 25th of December and another living on the same day. There is no time to clean the place. I need to cancel one of the reservations. How do I do? It was a mistake by booking.

I wouldn't cancel at all I would leave it and let them enjoy their xmas.

 

You could always offer them a  partial cashback or welcome pack to mitigate the lack of cleaning.
