A client cancelled her booking with a message but not through reservations. How do I cancel this on the extranet?

  1. Reply to them and tell them they cannot cancel unless they follow procedure.
    1. They logon to their account and click Request cancel on the booking.
    2. They wil have other options too , like request waive of cancel fees.
    3. you get notified to agree and click a link
    4. They also have 4-5 other methods to contact CS team on main website to request the cancel.
  2. Its worth setting up a message template for exactly this purpose, so when such a request comes in you just select the templates and send it back to them.
  3. Worst case on their reservation details page, you can click Request Cancel and those option 2.
    1. the guest is notifyied, and must click a link to agree.
    2. this method auto waives cancel policy fees too.
       
  4. worst worst case you can phone partner support.
