Closed - but hint "availale"

I have closed some time periods for the next month. The calendar shows me these days correctly with "closed" and there is also no denoted price. BUT: on each day appears "1 noch verkäuflich" (1 still available). I fear that these times are still bookable... Can anybody help? We only have an 2-rooms appartment and the configuration is also specified for one unit.

change that inventory on that date to 0 if there is no availability, then contact Partner Support by Phone to follow up and have them review and teach you were you misconfigured it.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
