Speaking of coffee, what does everyone supply to their rental guests:
Don that’s a big range of coffees. Your guests must be very happy.
I have Greek ☕️, a coffee maker with a big range of capsules for espresso, cappuccino etc. and instant coffee.

No, I was asking other hosts here what do they offer their guests to make their own coffee.
I only provide guests a 12-cup coffee maker, with whole coffee beans, a bean grinder, sugar and cream.
We also give guests tea bags, and packaged pasties and granola bars to snack in the morning.
All of our properties are self-catering holiday homes. We provide a few sachets each of PG Tips tea, Nescafe coffee, sugar and sweeteners, plus a fresh pint (or more) of milk. We also leave a few packets of "luxury" biscuits (2 biscuits per pack). The tea and coffee brands are well known, good quality. Where possible, the milk is local Isle of Wight milk - sometimes it's not available, but we try to use it when we can. In general, guests appreciate these. We've had a lot of positive comments, no negatives!
We also offer our guests paper coffee cups, with plastic lids. Guests are asked to only use these paper cups to take their coffee with them on their drive home after checking-out.
We do provide our guests with washable ceramic coffee mugs during their stay with us.

Ummmm....have many things in common... holidays are what other people have and what I provide...but you never know...life is full of surprises...and I love suprises....
Our last guests complained they did not know how to use our coffee bean grinder to make their own coffee. They are the third set of recent guests who also did not know how to use an electric coffee grinder.
Today, my wife and I decided to buy pre-ground regular and decaffeinated coffee for our future guests. We will remove the jar of whole beans and grinder.
We won't buy a Keurig-style coffee maker for our downstairs rental space, as guests will likely steal the extra coffee pods at check-out.
We have simple instructions, written by us, for all operable items in the rooms.
The only one that causes some confusion is the rice cooker, we have scratched our heads on how to further clarify the instructions (without apeing the instruction manual which leaves folk more confused) but are at a loss for improvement.
In room hot drinks are sachet coffee, sealed tea bags, sugar and powdered milk. The good stuff is in reception, as we are budget level this is charged for separately.
Some guests are not familiar with different types of coffees but that’s not a reason for them to complain!!!
Unfortunately we cannot please all of them whatever we do...
The old irish addage of 'Give them inch and they'll take a mile" comes to mind. lol
lol love the cooents and replies, made me giggle. While I provide access to the kitchen and self-catering , I do have a few economical supplies of large boxes of tea bags and some instant and non speciality coffees. Some Lemon juioce and the two main types of sugar or sweenter. Some clear & malt vinegar; pink and table salt; black pepper. But no perishable items such as milk, it can just end up going to the bin and such a waste.
I did see a pop style coffee machine, but again its the same issue , cathering for too many types of coffee and then some how managing the pods, and controling abuse. If there was a small vending machine you could stock the pods into and it took both coins, peper money and NFC enabled payments (google pay etc). now that would work. I am pretty sure someone has already thought of this and create it... now just to find it online and buy one.. :) lol
Any time I stop at a cafe or coffee shop, I ask for a coffee. They offer me all sorts: Latte, Americano, Cappalattemochachino or whatever. I repeat "coffee". All these exotic ("Italian") names to justify extortionate prices ......
Eventually I give in and ask for tea, only to be met with "English Breakfast? Earl Grey? Lemon?".
It's impossible to just get an ordinary tea or coffee when out and about these days. I'm not going to give guests the choice of a zillion exotically named teas and coffees at extortionate prices. We've had many compliments for providing good quality, famous brand instant coffee sachets and tea sachets. We have never had a complaint for not providing cappalattemoccachino ....
