Commission

In finance ther ia showing commission amount which i have to pay  but through booking.com i got 1 aditi sharma and last mahesh dayal booking all other booking booked by guest and they did not arrive that time i dont know how to cancel so i leave it and its showing all that commission so how can i pay that commission which i dont get booking . Ya i can pay 1st and last booking payment because they arrive so please look on this matter

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
