Although I answer requests from guests almost immediately, it sometimes happens that I cannot get rid of the "not answered" sign and get emails to "remind me" every day (which causes a certain amount of unnecessary extra work). What is wrong here?

This happens to me only with some messages from Booking.com , I did ask for them to resolve which eventually happened ....... after a month or so
