communication with booking.com

I find it difficult to resolve issues in a timely matter. It depends who you getting on the phone. Exp. the issue I'm dealing with takes 3 hours and still not resolved!? booking.com employees don't understand my issue. Guest booked for 1 week, 1 day later he changed to 6 days. Booking.com made the change put uses the weekly rate. Have to contact guest twice put didn't explain properly. As a guest I would be concerned about professionalism of booking.com.

You expect Booking.com to resolve issues in 3 days?? Many of us have been fighting BDC for years ........

in my opinion the EE's of BDC are not well enough educated but never less we as partners are suffering and get charged 15% commission!?
