communication with booking.com
I find it difficult to resolve issues in a timely matter. It depends who you getting on the phone. Exp. the issue I'm dealing with takes 3 hours and still not resolved!? booking.com employees don't understand my issue. Guest booked for 1 week, 1 day later he changed to 6 days. Booking.com made the change put uses the weekly rate. Have to contact guest twice put didn't explain properly. As a guest I would be concerned about professionalism of booking.com.
