*** complaint of the guest

The guest just arrived and complaint about not having a parking space. I told her I don't have a private parking and on the booking site there is no mention of that. Instead there is a communal parking for 4 € a day. And she complaint that we don't have space to stow her bicycles, which I wrote to her when she made the booking. Can you please check whether on my explanation there is any mention of a parking lot that you can reserve in advance ? She said, the parking is on the property, that's what she reserved ....sorry.   1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
