Confirmation location

Hi, I want to know what to do coz I'm managing 32 properties in the same residence, some properties are already online but without confirmation of location, some are still pending to set up online (from 6 may), some are closed for booking coz we wait for letters with codes in order to confirm location. Can we make video calls or other way to confirm the location and put all the properties online...more than 2 weeks I'm waiting...the owners are getting angry coz we are not online still.
