"Contact Us"

I have been going in circles trying to send an email to get help with a specific issue.  I keep coming to an option for "Contact Us", and I'm suddenly entering my username and password again.

I am a partner needing assistance with a specific guest reservation.  How can I send a message to get that help?

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I had listed my Jimmy Hotel, Juba (South Sudan) before 15 days back. unfortunately my hotel is showing under reviewed. please help me to get my hotel live on your booking channel.

How do I get account information switched over to me.  The previous persons account has been disabled. I need to have access to the existing listing for the hotel.
