Contacting booking dot com when having a problem

BDC  have changed my log in password (without my permission) and have re-sent link to an expired email (despite me changing it months ago) ..I am simply unable to contact them because either I am 'talking' to a robot or I need a pin to access further...to get to speak to a human being.

I had a new booking last night but of course can not access my platform! I have even had to create a fictitious  one to TRY and get them to contact me...Ive tried every number going, but can not get past the robot as i do not hav a PIN!

This is taking up so much of my time and my frustration levels are maxed out. I will be leaving once ive honoured bookings ..IF I CAN ACCESS them...as this is just disgraceful

Even accessing the LIVE CHAT....need a pin and at my wits end now

  1. BdC will never change anything . Sounds like you got a spam email.
  2. The Extranet PIN should be sent to SMS or you install the pulse app and use the PIN generator on it. 
  3. You mentioned LIVE CHAT, we have never had such a feature so its either exclusive to your region/country or you are mistaking this for live chat.

You next action is to use the contact guide below , as you claim to be unable to logon to the Extranet to get to the private partner support number, just phone the nearest location on the public main line list instead.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

many thanks for this...the problem is I cannot get into the inbox as I cant get past the old email info....


Its so frustrating but thank you for your time
