Contacting booking.com

Hi everyone,very new to this only started Wednesday and already I’m behind frustrated ??

I haven’t received a confirmation email with my partner number and the all important PIN NUMBER how can I get hold of Booking.com to ask them to resend,I’ve been trying for 2 days!,

please someone help me ?

Yep thats perfectly normal , it just takes time and a few of my guides (not BdC guides) to get up to speed. Click my name to find them.



There is no PIN number, it sounds like you used the Guest support method  aka Customer Services on main website.


For partners only use the 3 methods below - for Partner Support team (completely different team, who are never on here.).


If you install pulse app and enable 2FA security that is the only pin you will need to use on occasion.


Try to instead use the PC browser method to logon to Extranet, as pulse is not a substitute for it.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
