Hello,

To change tax settings this is what is published,

Can I change the tax settings for my property?

You won’t be able to change this yourself, but you can let us know of any updates through your inbox:

  1. Click on ‘Compose new message’ and select ‘Property details’ as the message subject, then ‘VAT, city tax, extra charges’ as the subtopic.
  2. Let us know of any changes that need made and click ‘Send message’ when you’re done."

Problem is i don't have 'Compose new message', how do I send message to booking.com?

Its exactly where it should be just renamed something else, its also the only button on the right of the page.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
