contacting by phone to cancel bookings at my property
I have 5 bookings at my property which booking.com said they would cancel due to air bnb calendar not synching and dates that were not available being booked. I spoke to a booking.com representative on tuesday the 10/8 and 3 of the 5 have been cancelled but not the other 2, I have tried to contact the client direct on their mobile and messaged via the site to advise their bookings will not be available but they are not responding.
I have spoke to someone today but they said they would ring back but they rang once and hung up the phone.
