Continually not being paid

My payments keep being put on hold due to 'unpaid invoices.' Customer services always tell me I have no unpaid invoices and it's a technical error and I need to get in touch with finance. Does anyone know how to get in touch with finance? Because after 16 emails (no replies) and over 30 hours on hold I've given up. I've not been paid since early August. I've had to lay off my staff. I've also lost a baby due to the stress (hypertension) and I've now had to shut down my business!
