Could you please stop forcing Password change?

it is possible that you stop requesting every now and then to change the password?. It is very annoying having to change the password continuously.

3 times this year, is perfectly normal, in fact its very low.
Some areas and action will require 2FA each time you use them, again perfectly normal.
Normal to whom, I will ensure my password is good enough, I don't need anybody forcing my to change it every now and then.
I really consider this as a very upset policy that worries my about your security.
