crediting a customer for one night how to do this



I need to credit a customer back for one night stay. how do I do this?

Hi Jeanine,


If you mean the entire stay was only 1 night then just  cancel and refund if prepaid to BdC , by clicking Request Cancel on their details page on right pane, then optyion2, wait for guest to acknowledge and click. All done


If it was more than one night and they prepaid BdC  not you, , you can either message Partner Support to adjust it, or ask thme for IBAN info to transfer it.

I would instead encourage you to do a voucher for a direct booking for their next visit.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
