Customer request has expired

Hello everyone,

I'm a new host in booking.com so I'd be glad to have your help.

I've received a booking request 2 days ago but I didn't see it. It has not appeared in my Pulse application, only in my pc (which is quite weird no?) so I missed it.

I'd like to contact the customer to inform that apartment is free.

Is it possible? How I can I do it?
