Dates keep closing automatically on my property without my will.
Hello, I am an owner on booking.com and I have an apartment whose dates on the calendar keep getting closed automatically by booking, so I have to manually open them. And this didn't happen in the previous month. I have done everything, I have confirmed my apartment, I have set prices for each individual etc and of course I have set the availability to +1 for 14/09/2021 until August 2022. For example, two days ago, I noticed through the Pulse application that my apartment was closed for that day, so I opened the date through my PC and 3 hours later I check my phone and what do you know... The date was shown as closed. I changed the time period of both check-in and check-out to just be, let's say "minimum check in from 14:00" and "maximum check out from 12:00 the next day" and still the dates keep closing automatically. I also changed my password and the co-owner's password because I suspected a hackers would close the dates and still the dates are getting closed automatically without my will. Has anyone else experienced this. It is very frustrating because I get zero tenants. If anyone knows anything please help me.
thats not a thing, unless you tried to link another OTA or channel manager.
remember if using more than one OTA never use the calendar sync, always use a 3rd party channel manager service instead to control it all.
