Delete a appartment
Hello
I opend a new appartement (Ahorni) by mistake. I have luckely no bookings by now. I would like to delite this apprtement, but can't find the way. Please remove only this appartment, the others two will stay. Also I have usually a cleaning tax, but can't find the way to give in a price for the space and a tax for cleaning after the use of the appartment.
For the other two appartements that i had allready bookings i didn't receive any payments. Please inform me when the payment will be on my account.

Hi D.Dodos,
Since this is only a Partner Community, you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to booking.com to assist you.
In the meantime, you can close your rooms in your Calendar so you do not receive any bookings.
You cannot delete the new apartment...only booking.com can after you request it.
