Go into Extranet, select the booking in question and find the No-show selection on the right hand side.

Use this and, if you are normally paid by the guest at the property, select "waive fees" to avoid BDC charging you commission. You will not get paid for this reservation. It is best to change your policies to payment in advance, using a third party payment system, then adjusting your refund policy so that a no show does not get a refund and cancellations can only be refunded if cancelled ahead of time, a duration of your choosing, or not at all.

I say this because BDC is the largest source of cancellations and no shows by an extreme margin!

Incorrect going off topic hijacking is not allowed, never has been.

Hi BrookAve, yes, you are completely right - indeed that off topic conversations are not encouraged. In this specific case, a fellow partner is asking for help, so deleting their comments do not seem to be the right course of action by looking at the nature of the conversation. I hope that it is a bit helpful. I see that you wrote in the title that you wish to delete your initial post – please feel free if that is the case. I believe that you could delete your own posts and comments through your profile. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have additional thoughts or if I can help. Thank you once again for posting and have a nice day ahead!

How can I block some countries I dont want to receive reservations from?

Dear @Natasa Tomovic Selimovic ,

Blocking countries wouldn't be an option with Booking.com as it'd be considered as discriminating and it'd be conflicting with our aim to be inclusive towards everyone.

If there is a guest misbehavior you've experienced, I'd like to kindly suggest to report the case by following this procedure instead.

I hope this helps a little bit!
