deleting a property listing arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

You need to contact me ASAP i have tried for ages to contact you i can't i have just found this message to enable me to contact you. I j have two properties listed that is WRONG, i don't have two properties. Also you have sent me two invoices i don't owe you any money as no one has stayed at my property from booking.com.

 

I have someone booked in this saturday the first booking but if i don't get this resolved ASAP i will never use you again, bookign.com customer services is terrible.

I need one of them deleting and deleting the two invoices you have sent me. I have been holding again on the phone again now, this time 47.08 minutes what a joke.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
