Disappointed by a guest
Good afternoon, is there a way I can make a complaint on a guest who had just recently checked out? They have made a mess to the house which would involve repairs and costs of course, and I believe that the deposit is not enough to cover for the repairs. Is there any policy with booking.com for us hosts that protects us? Thank you
