Hi Geert,
For the first question, the best option will be to set up a standard rate for bookings of 7+ nights, in the extranet this is referred to as a Weekly Rate. You can set this up via the Rates tab, then choose Rate Plans. Click 'add new' and follow the prompts.
For cleaning fees, you can add this information via the Property tab, then Policies page. Scroll down to the 'Additional fees & charges' section where you can add a cleaning fee per stay.
