Disputes

I am getting invoices for reservations that did not show up, I want to make a dispute and having great difficulty doing so.

There is actually a dispute feature under the Finance > reservation statements list as a column, select each reservation then click the button to submit all selected.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I'm reaching out to whom this may concern. Booking.com has continued to send me messages regarding an outstanding payment for a reservation I didn't receive any money or any payment let alone meeting with the said guest in the first place. 

A guest was booked overnight automatically without my consent and approval, I woke up the same morning to find out that my place was booked for the same day and the guest is checking in the same day. However, my place was not available at that time and I tried several times to reach out to the guest to inform him that my place is not available,  all effort to reach him was to no avail. So, i tried everything I could to reach out to booking.com to lay out my complaint. At last, they agreed to find him another place. 

A few days later, I received an invoice saying that I owe the sum of $375  and some change. I wrote back to booking.com to let them know that I did not receive any money from the guest because he never showed up at my property why should I pay back start with.

So, I'm here by dispute any charges of some sort at this point and demand that this case be closed to avoid further harassment from booking.com. I don't owe them and I'm not ready or willing to pay any money. Thank you.
