Does anybody know how to make all future dates un-bookable? Very confusing

Hi there, i am trying to make future dates for my room un-bookable as i now have a long term tenant and unsure atm how long they will stay. I am/would be able to make a certain time length unavailable eg 1 month, 3 months, 1 year but i would have to do this manually and takes time fiddling around. And then i don't want the room to suddenly become available in the year 2031 for example because i would have to keep manually updating that the room is not available then. I just want ALL future dates to be unbookable but Booking.com don't seem to make it easy to do that by making this option easily available.

Can anyone see it there?

Also they don't seem to have a phone number to call or chat to contact. Does anyone find this service/platform (Booking.com) actually good?

Hi Tony

  1. Room Management
    1. Close the room(s) for date range up to Dec 2022 for now
    2. thats more than a year and plenty of time to see if tenant leaves.
    3. yes naturally like everyone else you will need to set yourself a reminder on your own mailbox/calendar system to update/review , e.g. every 3 or 6months to review and update, extend. or undo.

  2. Contacting Partner Support
    1. should be visible at the bottom footer of every page on here - Contact us or
    2. see 3 options below

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
  8.

*** public main lines via Where you can reach us

It seems that Booking.com does not have this option. You can sync the Booking.com calendar with a calendar of another agency/ website that it does have this option....then this other website will automatically close a calendar at Booking.com

For example at Vrbo and Airbnb you can open the calendar window at the desired period only...one or more years.
