Double booking
I have 1 property and it’s only listed once. I have a reservation that was completed by booking.com. A week later they set up a 2nd reservation for overlapping dates, different person. Why would they do that and is there something on profile that I need to change? The customer won’t respond to messages and date is coming up in a few weeks.
