double booking

I m sylvie from villa reva ***

I have a problem with 2 booking for the same bedroom and the same week 

from 19 to 26 june 

booking n° *** and booking n° ***

2 booking for only one bedroom ! it s not possible for us !

thank you to let me know what happened and to cancel one booking

Contact the newest booking Guest  that they need to change dates or cancel.


Tell them to do it on their account when logged on or use the cancel option their.

You too have the option to do it in most cases on the reservation details page once ye agree dates.


If they do not cooperate, contact Partner Support.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Note on the cause of the double booking, did you turn on iCAL sync with another OTA (airBB, etc) ???


Please dont use that feature its unreliable and not in real time.


Instead employ a 3rd party channel manager service.
