Hi Norman

Are you using more than one OTA listing?

If yes, then the calendar on BdC was not manually blocked by you.

Only a 3rd party service - Channel Manager can 100% do this correctly.

Its been posted enough times on here.

Hi Norman, just be wary of the fact that, even though this may be a Booking.com bug, they will make you pay the difference in rate should the guest be accommodated elsewhere. My advice would be to find alternative accommodation yourself for the guest (the alternative accommodation doesn't have to be listed on Booking.com)

Thanks its sorted now, but wasn't easy, all the other portals sync really well, but booking.coms seem to be very slack.

I've had this same problem. I was closed due to government restrictions and blocked the appropriate dates but Booking.com presented me with a booking. Then they sent me a booking which included an unavailable date. They claimed it was my fault although I can prove otherwise. I received a message that I would have to sort out alternative accommodation for the guest at my expense. Now I checked with another local business and they've just done the same to them.

This has happened to me repeatedly too, so much so that I can no longer afford to sell on Booking.com
