double booking

My studio has been overbooked. It concerns — ***, ***, 12 -16 may. My studio is already booked for that period. I need your help how to cancel this booking. Thank you.

Hi 

You have 2 basic options

  1. Contact and tell the guest , agree new dates or cancel. direct guest to make the changes via customer services on BdC website or they phone them.  
  2. You send the ma message notifying them of intent to cancel, and then you initiate it on their details page - Request Cancel - option 2.

 

If you engage Partner Services or Guest does not agree to change dates , you likely will end up with a relocation invoice.

 

You could technically find another place for them should you choose to and the guest agrees.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
